Federal Judge Denies Standing Rock Injunction: Allows Pipeline to Destroy Sept. 9, 2016

Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 -- U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg has denied Standing Rock Sioux Nation an injunction to halt the Dakota Access Pipeline.

    A travesty of justice. Support the Sacred Stone Camp and all their allies. Governor's call-out of national guard does not bode well.
