The Federal Court in Bismarck, North Dakota today threw out a RICO lawsuit by Energy Transfer Partners against Greenpeace and Water Protectors, stating in the ruling that posting articles by people with similar beliefs and donating to causes you support, does not make a RICO enterprise.
The Black Snake's lawsuit aimed to silence Standing Rock Water Protectors and strike fear into those that support them in the now global movement to halt Dakota Access pipeline and expose the corrupt agenda of oil and U.S. politicians who now recklessly endanger the water and all forms of life.
