The U.N. Permanent Forum: The Sterilization of Native American Women and Destructive Mining are Priorities in Final Report

A representative of Indigenous in Morocco said the world must hold the Moroccan government responsible for not restoring and rebuilding the schools and communities, following the devastating 2023 earthquake in Morocco. Indigenous Amazigh communities in the High Atlas Mountains continue to suffer, nearly 500,000 Amazigh continue without homes and dignity. She urged the release of Indigenous prisoners in Morocco, arrested for peaceful protest of Indigenous rights. On the final day of the U.N. Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues in April of 2025, Indigenous women delivered powerful statements, including global voices for midwives, and demands for justice for Native American women sterilized by the U.S. government. During the final day, the U.S. government representative criticized China for the genocide of ethnic minorities -- but he did not describe the U.S. government's own genocide.

Don't be fooled by the 'Shadow Wolves,' scam say traditional Tohono O'odham. While Congress is attempting to advance their status, Tohono O'odham pointed out during one search, "They can't even find one O'odham lost in the desert."

The 'Shadow Wolves' is a PR scam that co-opts O'odham into working for the U.S. government to stalk and arrest Indigenous Peoples on the southern border.

Jean Whitehorse, Dine'/Navajo, provided testimony on the sterilization of Native American women by Indian Health Service doctors twice before the U.N. Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, yet little has been done to hold the U.S. government responsible or bring justice for the victims.

"Between 1907 and 1987, at least 70,000 Native women were sterilized without consent -- an act of genocide that stripped us of our right to give life," Whitehorse, a delegate of AIM-West, told the U.N. Permanent Forum in April of 2025.

The word “government” comes from the Greek ‘gobernado‘, which means ‘‘control” and from the Latin ‘mente‘ which means ‘the mind’. It means ‘controllers of the mind’. In a free society one should be able to say anything against the government. Government is an unnatural legal fiction that deprives all of nature and natural persons of their fundamental rights and freedoms. We are born sovereign and then the bankers impose a corporate fiction on us and we receive all capital letter identification. In legalese all capital letters mean a corporation. The kaianerekowa great peace teaches us that we are part of the whole natural system, we are the humans, that the power of the creative mind allows us to accomplish anything our mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. Then we were attacked in 1492 by the Europeans who tried to enslave us. We were not docile because we were born free. Then they tried to murder us all thinking there would be no consequences. When one deceives life balances out the deception. These invaders installed a political system controlled by violence, intimidation and death. The official “final solution to the Indian problem” to exterminate us started on October 25, 1924 with the Indian Advancement Act. The policy was to create reservations as POW camps for the ‘Indians‘ with the army now the Department of Indian Affairs standing at the gate checking each as we came and went. A blood quantum system was created whereby only the Canadian government decides who is an Indian or not. The Admiralty Laws are the only laws of ‘Canada’. Only indigenous natural ways are the laws of turtle island.
