EDGEMONT, South Dakota -- The Seismic Testing Project is at work everyday for another month. Every day is another day of attack to the Sacred Black Hills and Wind Cave Structures below, which have been mapped at 300 miles.
The permit process is illegal because none of the tribes were notified.
The same Cultural Relevance attack is holding, Dewey Burdock Uranium project is in the same area of Edgemont, South Dakota.
As for Crow Butte Uranium Expansion, our Oglala Sioux Tribal Attorney Steve Gun did not want to pursue anything because he said there are no grounds, because the process is already done
So we are looking for any legal help.

We need all Warriors, Land Defenders, Sacred Site Protectors, Akicita, Lakota/Dakota/Nakota Oyate to come and join us in a opposition against this illegal Seismic Testing Project.".

The authorization form is incomplete on Page 3 items 2, 4, 15, and 16 even they they were signed on 1-9-17 and 1-30-17 by Mike McNeil and Mook Fisckbock (what appears to be their printed names?)
The permitting application is incomplete therefore may be illegal and liable for Federal Fines.
Again these Folks feel they can just submit incomplete documents and sign them and no one will notice!
Suggest someone contact Chase Iron Eyes of the Lakota Law Foundation and ask his opinion. I know what seismic systems can do if not carefully operated, fracture thin aquifer rock structure if near oil/gas bearing structure and affect wild life in the areas of operations though frequencies that can affect there habitat.
Full supervision and oversight is needed by outside experts with Native American Tribal folks present each day.
Another obscenity perpetrated on the indiginous peoples. Hope you can sue them into bankrupcy.
