US Border Patrol Agent Arrested for Smuggling Drugs on to Tohono O'odham Nation

SASABE, Arizona -- A US Border Patrol agent was arrested for smuggling cocaine on to the Tohono O'odham Nation at the US Mexico border.
US Border Patrol Agent Ramon Antonio Monreal was stationed at Three Points, Arizona, which is at the entrance to the Tohono O'odham Nation when driving out from Tucson.
Most of the crimes committed were at the remote US Mexico border crossing of Sasabe, and at Topawa, on the Tohono O'odham Nation.
Monreal is among a large number of border agents, both US Border Patrol agents and ICE agents, arrested in recent years for drug smuggling and serving as "spotters" for cartels to bring loads across into the U.S.
Still the agents continue to get away with murder by shooting and running over innocent people.
US Border Patrol agents continue to get away with raping migrant women and girls along the border.
On the Tohono O'odham Nation, US Border Patrol agents recklessly endanger lives,  stalk traditional women and beat O'odham.

Read article on Monreal's indictment by Arizona Daily Star:

This is the fancy US Border Crossing Station at Sasabe, Arizona, rarely used and remote. Along with the US Border Patrol drug smugglers, the area between Sasabe and Three Points has been used for campsites by Minutemen, armed 'Patriots,'
 and militia.' -- Censored News

Notes: Sasabe area also had some worthless US spy towers, which caused me to investigate some years ago. The United States government seems to have forgotten that it wasted $1 billion on border spy towers by Boeing. The spy towers did not work. We could have told them the WiFi- - towers to Border Patrol laptop system -- in the desert mountains wouldn't work, but they didn't ask.
Now the Apartheid security corporation of Israel, Elbit Systems, is planning spy towers on the Tohono O'odham Nation in traditional communities. Elbit is known for its drones, human rights abuses and Apartheid in Palestine.
