AI, Artificial Intelligence, isn't intelligence at all -- it's stealing
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X have taken all public posts, photos and comments and put it in their AI machines to be mixed and thrown back up in any way they choose. Most users were unaware of this. It is a violation of the public trust.

For the billionaires, and the plagiarizers, stealing seems the easiest way to go.
Whether its lithium you're after for your sinking electric car business, or you're a stay-at-home 'reporter' stealing other peoples hard work, or engulfed in the hype of the new AI search engines, stealing seems to be the easy way.
"Everyone is doing it," says one editor, as he grabs others hard work to rewrite it.
The new AI search engines spew out streams of copyrighted, exclusive work, with no credit given.
"Some is good, and some is bad," the UN High Commissioner tells Indigenous Peoples at the UN Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in Geneva last week. The High Commissioner, a non-Native, promoted AI, artificial intelligence, as a way to save Indigenous languages. (This came as Indigenous Peoples were testifying on the need to protect their data.)
Meanwhile, a protest was underway, saying the U.N. has sold out. "No Tech for Apartheid," they said, pointing out the tech companies role in Palestine.
Stealing the lithium, using loopholes in the laws, and violating the sacred, seems to be OK to the billionaires, and of course, most of the federal judges don't care anyway that it violates all federal laws protecting Native religious sites.
As it turns out, Artificial intelligence isn't intelligence at all -- it's stealing.
And stay-at-home reporters eventually are exposed after their lifetimes of deceiving their readers.
As for violating the sacred, there are higher powers than the courts.
Notes:
Facebook and Instagram are now using your public posts for Meta AI, artificial intelligence. This means your public posts, photos and comments are thrown into its machine, and can be used and thrown up in any way it wants. Facebook, now called Meta, says you can opt out in the U.S., but the request is not guaranteed.
Twitter/X has also seized everyone's posts for its Grok, AI. Peoples tweets now appear in Grok's responses to questions. The Grok answers have included content from copyrighted, exclusive, articles without crediting the source.

California is trying to protect data thieves from being sued. New legislation, SB 690, aims to protect businesses from lawsuits related to data collection for business purposes. It would allow businesses to use cookies and chatbots without facing legal challenges, if these tools are used for business reasons.
Among the Department of Defense contracts at ASU: "AI for Cyber Defense and Robotics: ASU researchers received grants through the Defense Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research to develop AI solutions in robotics, cybersecurity, and cyber deception." And there are many more Defense contracts at ASU.
At the nearby University of Arizona in Tucson, Raytheon Missiles is located on its Tech campus. Raytheon is among the top profiteers of weapons being sold to Israel for genocide. Companies involved in border surveillance are also located on the UA Tech campus.
Elbit Systems uses robots for genocide. Elbit is the same company, based in Israel, that constructed the spy towers, integrated fixed towers, on the Tohono O'odham Nation. Elbit's weaponized drones, which are shown on its website, are used for genocide.

Facebook has a lot of AI on it. Rachel Maddow, for example. Indian history and pictures are obviously AI. Saw one about the Hopi where they used a picture of Plains Indians as Hopis. You can tell AI because the pictures are flat, no substance, and of course, the stories are always used to get you to click on them for more… Quite frankly, AI is an insult to my intelligence and my knowledge that I've accumulated over many years.—Carole Wright
