We are now entering the third week of occupation of Minneapolis, Minnesota by the United States government through the arm of ICE.

What is happening here is not abstract. It is being lived in real time by our neighbors, our relatives, our elders, our youth. Families are being terrorized. Communities are being destabilized. And still—our people are standing.

The Indigenous Protector Movement is continuing daily rapid response patrols, community observation, and care-based support operations. We are holding space, providing safety, and meeting immediate needs at Powwow Grounds and All My Relations Gallery (14th & Franklin). These spaces remain active hubs for community care, rest, and coordination.

We want our community to know this clearly:
What we are doing is making a difference.
ICE agents are not operating with confidence. Their morale is low. They are being witnessed. They are being documented. And they know the community is organized, present, and unafraid to care for one another.

We will continue—regardless of what comes next.
We protect our people. We care for our neighbors. We stay grounded in love, discipline, and collective responsibility.

This is what community defense looks like.
This is what care looks like.
And this is what it means to stand together—no matter what.

We are still here.
We are not stopping.
