On Crow Voices Radio, Govinda interviewed Ofelia Rivas, Tohono O'odham, live from Montana today. Ofelia described the opposition to the Israeli spy towers of Elbit Systems, now being constructed on her Tohono O'odham Nation homeland.
Along with the spy towers, integrated fixed towers, the vehicle barrier now prevents animals from migrating. The towers allow the U.S. government to watch and listen to traditional O'odham in their home communities.
Rivas said the Tohono O'odham Nation government's opposition to the border wall is just rhetoric because the elected tribal government does not want to jeopardize its federal funding.
Traditional O'odham continue their prayers for the protection of the water and Quitobaquito Springs.
"We do need each others help to protect our lives and appreciation of Mother Earth," Rivas said.
"We are all going through a lot of changes."
Rivas said she is in a grieving mode, because there is a lot of destruction, and not just because of the pandemic. "The destruction of the sacred mountain affects our way of life."
O'odham remember their ancestors and hold them dear.
"If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be sitting here today."
As the number of O'odham communities on the south side of the border decreases, she said the Mexican government has not supported the O'odham on the south side. Rivas has been delivering water and food to O'odham.
"We meet at that fence," she said, of deliveries to O'odham on the south side.
"Stay strong, and be healthy, and be happy," she said.

Democracy Now! reports: "In Bolivia, a court in La Paz has dismissed terrorism charges and annulled an arrest warrant against Evo Morales, arguing the former president’s rights and due process had been violated. The charges were issued following a right-wing coup last year that overthrew Morales. This comes as Morales has vowed to return to Bolivia after Luis Arce of Morales’s MAS party won last week’s presidential election by a landslide. Morales has been in exile for nearly one year."

MNN. Oct. 27, 2020. Many places have accepted the right to die law on “euthanasia”. The elderly are placed in old people’s homes, neglected, dehydrated, starved and then they die.
Today the war is for control of the world by 3 groups of serpents who want to cut 90% of the world population by 2024. Euthanasia reflects a death wish culture which has been conditioned into their minds. They are losing their survival instinct by constantly thinking of and discussing death. The first invaders to turtle island were the French, English and Spanish. After WW II five countries got the atomic bomb to kill people – US, UK, France, Russia and China. Now others are fighting to have it too.
It’s a capitalist game. The instinct for self preservation is being phased out or numbed. The human race is walking around thinking they’re going to die. The “Death Wish” culture is implanted in education, entertainment, books, media, discussions on the radio, work place environment, video games to train the killers to bomb from afar, hopelessness rhetoric, etc.
People casually talk about wanting to die when their lives are unsatisfactory or don’t meet the fake standards set by the capitalist system. Pills are sold for all kinds of imagined new fangled ailments. Pills are made for anti-depression medications that aren’t working. To make more money the pharmaceutical industry want people to die slowly by unnaturally destroying their organs, especially the liver.
Racial hatred is one of the most useful tools. Almost everybody hates somebody for imagined reasons. On the surface they are told it isn’t nice to hate, which their conditions hatred that ends up destroying them on the inside. They don’t know natives and our rights but they hate us. We do not intend to hurt anyone. The government wants us to be obedient and out of their way. Our stance makes it difficult for them to keep genociding us with impunity, They created fears of us based on manufactured lies. When they attack and dispossess us, they brag, write about and teach how dangerous we are!
This is military training! During World War II they were taught to hate the Germans and the Japanese. Later they were taught to love them. But not us because they are not done with us.
We constantly challenge their systemic hatred by saying we want peace and not to fight or hurt anyone. Peace is difficult when violence is always being used against us. We refuse to attack them but will defend ourselves, as is our human right. They are turning their aggression inwardly and tearing themselves apart. Seeing us and our continued existence stirs up their guilt. We are in their way. The serpents say we are “an inconvenient truth”. In 1974 Henry Kissinger said that 90% of the world’s population are “useless eaters”. So the UN enacted Agenda 21 and Agenda 30 to depopulate the world.
The European environment was destroyed. They invaded us. kaianerekowa, the great peace, and two row principles are the basis of our existence and jurisdiction to preserve nature on turtle island. Their lives are empty and unnatural based on a systemic hatred culture to sustain themselves. The kaianerekowa, the great peace, is based on kaneronkwatsera, the strongest medicine in the world. Hatred interferes with straight thinking. Minds are put out of balance and confused. COVID stirs up fear about dying. Everyday the capitalist system puts out dire death and case statistics which can’t beverified.
It’s difficuilt to fight this underlying wish or fear of dying. Traumatic experiences make people either try harder to survive or give up.
The goal of residential and day schools was to program self-defeat, hopelessness and demoralization in the native people. It failed because of our closeness to the natural world. The invaders are confused about their purpose for being here where they don’t belong. They can’t find meaning in their meaningless existence. Some are running to nature but can’t find it. Their lives and deaths are still controlled by the capitalists. Everybody is tired of the virus but the virus has not lost interest in us.
People wait to be told what to do instead of using their minds. “Put on your mask”, “wash your hands”, “stand 6 ft. apart”, “don’t go to parties”, “today 6 people only in your group”! Answer to a bell like an animal. “Wait for the clock” to run your life”. Everybody gets asked, “Do you have a fever, headache, diahorrea, lost taste buds, shortness of breath, flu like symptoms, or a death in the family?” . We are constantly monitored and threatened with fines and jail time for not following these rules.
When the government serpent grabs somebody by the throat, it gradually tightens its grip and squeezes the life out of the victim. The world is like a serpent that has wrapped itself around the human race. People don’t know how to fight the serpent that hides behind the virus. Then it comes out and snaps its tail with a death blow. Humans are made to think they have no choice.
The largest most powerful multi national concentration of power is the pharmaceutical industry, controlled by the serpents that are squeezing the life out of humans. They make more money when they put a slow death stranglehold on the human race.
Few are hearing the truth. Their goal is to crush the human spirit with an unknown vaccination program that might turn us into GMOs. The human spirit can win. The truth is there but we’re not suppose to see or find it. It’s a secret puzzle that hypnotizes everybody. Time to open our eyes, use our minds and follow our natural instincts. The truth will rise up and show us how to survive. Hitler said the biggest weapon is to make up the biggest lie and tell it over and over again. The biggest lie will rule the world when told enough times. The only way to defeat a big lie is by grabbing and spilling out the whole truth. Don’t let the COVID serpent win.
Rumours of our extinction are greatly exaggerated. The worldwide COVID hypnotic spell has entered like a worm that bores a hole inside us and forms a nest. The absolute truth can remove this worm from the subconscious. The best lesson in kindergarten was about lying. Anything based on a lie will always be a lie no matter how many other lies are told or time passes to back it up. It will always be a lie.

Navajo elderly waiting in the cold today found out that the Navajo chapters only received 20 to 30 applications for hardship assistance. Some chapters received no applications, said Navajo family members as disabled elderly were being turned away.
The Navajo Nation had promised that today was the day for the elderly and disabled to apply for hardship relief of up to $1,500. It was the day for Dine' ages 65 and older, and disabled, to apply. But they were turned away in the cold due to the lack of applications.
While Navajo elderly were being turned away in the cold today -- the Navajo Council announced that a policy team from the White House will meet with the Navajo Council tomorrow, Tuesday. The public is not invited.

New York, October 26, 2020 — Counsel for Standing Rock civil rights plaintiffs are challenging any additional trial delay, arguing that neither the doctrine of qualified immunity nor its underlying policy goals support staying discovery in Thunderhawk v. County of Morton, North Dakota. Trial has been set for August 16, 2021.
"Qualified immunity has recently come under enormous amounts of criticism from judges, academics, and policymakers from the political left, right, and center," counsel state in their brief. "This Court should not further extend the doctrine of qualified immunity by halting discovery for the parties in this case—leading to another delay of potentially a year or more."
"Now is the time for this case to move forward," lead attorney Noah Smith-Drelich said.

The government usually sends its traitorous band council to the barricades to tell the resisters to go home. The band council complained to their corporate bosses, “They just won’t listen to us”. The barricades were taken down for a few days so the whites could get an illegal ‘permanent’ injunction against the owners of the land. Only we are permanent and own everything “forever” according to the great peace and two row since time immemorial. The temporaries have no right to tell us anything ever, except “goodbye” and we’ll tell them, “Don’t hit your ass on the door on your way out!”
As our ancestors always said, “You can’t stand before the enemy and expect justice”. We are invoking our jurisdiction from pole to pole and ocean to ocean according to the great peace and the two row. The band council lackies are only mouthpieces of the foreign capitalist bankers who have no right to be on turtle island in any way.
Canada’s goal is to destroy us and steal all our territories. No law exists for them to lawfully do that. They must face facts, they don’t belong here and must leave. We will always stand up and defend our mother. Creation placed us here to do that.
All people who believe in what’s right are asked to stand with us without fear. The truth is our greatest weapon. Our enemies don’t know how to combat our lack of fear because they don’t know how to fight the truth except through lies.

After the threat and intimation, the people returned and dug up the railroads and the roadway where highway 6 crosses the Grand River. Shortly after that the people marched on Planck Road. The Planck Road Agreement allows the invaders the depth of a plow to feed themselves. That’s all. They violated that agreement and no longer have any right here whatsoever. The Ontario Provincial Police are waiting in the Caledonia Canadian Tire parking lot while some sit in the Tim Horton’s eating donuts. Same as 2005! Same old. Same old.
The natives never threaten or hurt anybody. Cooking facilities and shelters are being built to stay all winter to carry on the duty to protect the people and community.

Unanswered Questions: Johns Hopkins fails to respond to vital questions -- 40 years of vaccine experiments on Navajos and Apaches

Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health failed to respond to the most important questions concerning 40 years of vaccine experiments on Navajos and Apaches. Johns Hopkins is currently carrying out the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine experiments using Navajos.
Johns Hopkins failed to answer the following questions regarding its vaccine experiments. The vaccine experiments were carried out largely in secret and without public scrutiny over the past 40 years in IHS hospitals on the Navajo Nation and White Mountain Apache Nation.
(1) Have any Navajos or Apaches become sick or died as a result of Johns Hopkins' experimental medicines or treatments?
(2) Are blood and DNA of Navajo or Apache stored, how are they used and who has access to these?
There is a long history of vaccine and medical experiments on Native Americans by other researchers in Arizona and New Mexico that were dangerous, including the injection of radioactive fluid into O'odham at Phoenix Indian Hospital in the 1970s; pulmonary experiments on White Mountain Apache children without parental consent; and a vaccine experiment halted at Gallup Indian Center after patients became sick.
Trachoma treatments were conducted at boarding schools at Stewart, Intermountain and at Tuba City on the Navajo Nation, without parental consent. The Indian Health Service claimed it was the guardian of Native students in boarding schools. Censored News has documented these.
Indian Health Service hospitals carried out the sterilization of thousands of Native women without informed consent, as documented in 1976. Even after a court order was issued to halt the sterilizations, IHS continued to sterilize Native women as young as 19.
The sterilization of Native American women was not a medical experiment. It was genocide.
Earlier, in 1951, the US Public Health Service began a massive human medical experiment on approximately 4,000 Navajo uranium miners, without their informed consent. Neither the miners nor their families were warned of the risks from nuclear radiation and contamination as USPHS continued their experiment.
Currently, it is unknown how blood and DNA samples of Navajos are being used and stored and who has access to these. Previously, the Havasupai Nation in Arizona had to go to court to halt the abuse of their blood samples by researchers at Arizona State University.
Johns Hopkins is currently using IHS hospitals on the Navajo Nation to carry out the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine trial and a convalescent plasma trial, which transfuses the blood plasma of a person who has coronavirus into a virus patient.
Johns Hopkins Response to Censored News
For the past 40 years, Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health has worked in partnership with the Navajo Nation, White Mountain Apache Tribe, Indian Health Service and Tribal Health Organizations on studies aimed at reducing disease and improving the health and well-being of Native people. Past studies include three successful Phase 3 clinical trials of vaccines that are now used as part of routine immunizations that Native American children, as well as children across the US and the world receive as part of routine care: the Hib vaccine (against a leading cause of meningitis), the Prevnar vaccine (against a leading cause of pneumonia) and the rotavirus vaccine (against a leading cause of infectious diarrhea that can have severe effects in infants). All studies have been done by Native American and allied research personnel who are trained in the conduct of clinical trials, with the guidance of the communities and oversight of the Tribal IRBs.
Currently, the Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health is evaluating whether an investigational vaccine, created by Pfizer/BioNTech, is effective in preventing COVID-19 disease. There are no licensed vaccines against the virus that causes COVID-19 and finding safe and effective vaccines is critical to protecting families and ending the pandemic. The vaccine cannot give a person COVID-19 disease and there is no quarantine period required for those who enroll. Following consultation with health care providers, elders, and other community leaders, this study was submitted to the Navajo Nation Human Research Review Board (NNHRRB). The NNHRRB reviewed and approved this study, as did the Johns Hopkins Institutional Review Board. All individuals who seek to participate in the study receive extensive information on the trial through the informed consent process, and their participation is completely voluntary.

The Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health website shows it is involved in COVID-19 surveillance and contact tracing.

Convalescent plasma study: This is a medical remedy that has been used for centuries and that could provide a critical stop-gap option for COVID-19 while we’re waiting for effective vaccines.
Seroprevalence study: Serological data can provided critical evidence to guide policy and preparedness
Johns Hopkins said this study is being carried out using Navajos with funding from the Department of Defense:
Johns Hopkins researchers have received $35 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), on behalf of the Defense Health Agency, for two nationwide clinical trials to test the effectiveness of a convalescent blood plasma outpatient treatment. The treatment is a transfusion of a blood product from COVID-19 survivors that contains antibodies that may help the patient’s immune system fight the virus.

The Navajo Nation Human Research Review Board
The Navajo Nation Human Research Review Board, for medical experiments on Navajos, was created in 1996 after a drug company attempted to profiteer from the deadly hantavirus on the Navajo Nation. Navajo Councilwoman Genevieve Jackson halted the attempt for the Navajo Nation Council to purchase and stockpile the drug Tamiflu.
Uranium Radiation Experiment
The U.S. Public Health Service carried out radiation experiments on Navajos in 1951 without telling Navajo uranium miners, or their families.
The U S. knew the radiation would kill them, but sent Navajo miners to their deaths without protective gear.
Laguna and Acoma Pueblo miners were sent to their deaths in the same way at the Jackpile mine in New Mexico.
Deaths from cancer and respiratory disease are the legacy of U.S. uranium mining in Navajo and Pueblo communities. The radioactive dust fell on the plants, and was ingested by families eating sheep, deer, vegetables and plants.
