Sept. 5, 2022, 6 pm

Come join the “Walk to Justice” in Eau Claire Wisconsin to pray, listen to speakers and traditional song for the freedom of Leonard Peltier. The walk is a 1103 mile walk from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Washington DC, hosted by the American Indian Movement Grand Governing Council, to ask for justice through releasing Leonard Peltier. Leonard Peltier is the longest indigenous political prisoner held by the United States Government.
We welcome traditional dancers, singers and all to come join us in Eau Claire. The event will begin at 6 pm Central time in Eau Claire at the Owen Park Bandwell.

Before crossing the Saint Croix River into Wisconsin, walkers said, "Appreciative of this beautiful camp, lovingly prepared meal and community for the walk."
