Serious evidence of their discrimination and racist mentality. Shameless...

How do we know where that pic is really taken? How do we know it's illegal? How do we know that they are not cleaning up the protestors trash and/or temporarily putting it there for later proper cleanup?

Not surprised one bit. If news outlets put forth the smallest bit of effort they would actually be able to present the truth in these matters. Underhanded tactics like these are exactly how the US has diminished boundaries and rights once agreed upon through treaties. The veterans gathering there to make a stand in response to the recent easement approval know the truth. They're not idiots.

I saw a news report saying the police were sorting through it looking for contraband, potential items that could be used as weapons, and dead bodies wrapped up in blankets. I am concerned about framing.

Bob Chapman, despite seeing the video evidence you say how do we know this is illegal dumping, maybe they are just putting there temporarily ? Because the article in the Washington Post says they are racing to clear it up from the Oceti Sakowin camp and move it to the Bismark landfill site.... Why on earth would anyone load up rubbish on the site then dump it again,(altogether)on the same site, photograph it and then load it up and move it 60 miles to the Bismark landfill. Clearly the SAME trash could be "dumped" in various locations around the site and then photographed making it look like multiple lorry loads of trash.:(
