The International Indigenous Youth Council announced today solidarity with two Indigenous women from Turtle Island joining  the Freedom Flotilla bringing aid to Gaza.

Indigenous women joined the flotilla bringing humanitarian aid to Gaza, where the horror of starvation and genocide is ongoing. The flotilla boats were hit twice by explosives during drone attacks in Tunisia.

The Global Sumud Flotilla set sail today from Italy, Tunisia and Greece to unite in International waters, the flotilla said Sunday morning, at noon New York time. Boats from Spain had already set sail, among 44 countries sending delegations and boats from around the world.

GENEVA -- Indigenous youths spoke with courage and eloquence, calling out the environmental racism and genocide carried out by governments around the world. In response, government representatives rushed to deny the human rights abuses, and in some cases, used insulting language to criticize Indigenous Peoples who exposed their abuses, during the U.N. Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

The representative of France denied the government is responsible for genocide in New Caledonia. Azerbaijan denied responsibility for genocide in Armenia and used derogatory accusations, describing speakers as frauds and part of a "smear campaign." 

The United States government failed to describe the ongoing seizure of Native ancestral lands for lithium and copper mines, and fake green energy projects targeting ceremonial places.

The Russian Federation government criticized speakers on Thursday. Responding to speakers statements, he said their status needs to be examined. He claimed some had lost touch with their communities, and some were funded by former colonial powers. He also said one organization presenting a statement was not recognized in Russia.

"We need to exclude the participation of chauvinists and racists," the Russian Federation government representative said.

RED LAKE, Minnesota -- The Red Lake Band of Chippewa in Minnesota passed a resolution in support of Palestine, stating the parallel between the current slaughter of Palestinians, and the treatment of Native Americans by the United States government.

The Red Lake Tribal Council urged sanctions against Israel and a halt to the United States funds and weapons to Israel for apartheid and genocide.

Pointing out that sanctions were necessary to end Apartheid in South Africa, the Red Lake Tribal Council urged boycotts and sanctions against Israel to halt the genocide.

OAKLAND, California -- The final testimony concludes now in today's hearing of President Biden's complicity with genocide. The lawsuit was filed by the Center for Constitutional Rights on behalf of Palestinians in U.S. federal court in Oakland, California.

The Center for Constitutional Rights said Biden has failed to uphold the Genocide Convention. "Not only has the U.S. failed to prevent, but has actively advanced the gravest of crimes."

Biden and cabinet members sought today to halt the case from moving forward in U.S. federal court. However, Senior District Judge Jeffrey S. White consistently overruled Biden's attorney and allowed the testimony today.

Dr. Barry Trachtenberg, Wake Forest University’s presidential chair of Jewish history in North Carolina, and a scholar on the Holocaust and genocide, testified for the plaintiffs as an expert scholar.

The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada released new records from residential schools, which were essentially prisoner-of-war camps where Native children were victims of genocide. At the same time, the Center for Constitutional Rights in the United States announced its case filed against President Biden for genocide in Palestine begins in federal court in northern California on Friday.

The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation said the Oblates are transferring all outstanding records to the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation. The first group of residential school records is now on its public website.

Rutgers University has suspended Students for Justice in Palestine, after the Biden administration announced a civil rights investigation. The U.S. Office of Civil Rights has now published a list of schools 'under investigation.'

Students for Justice in Palestine at Rutgers responded and said it was censorship aimed at silencing voices for Palestine. "This attempt to conflate protected speech with violence is dangerous," said the student group Wednesday. "The administration’s letter contributes to the perception of Arab and Palestinian students on campus as terrorist threats, a racist and unacceptable caricature. These allegations lodged against our group, with no due process, are attempts to silence Palestinian voices." Read the statement here.

NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey -- The threats, pressure from a U.S. Congressman, and 12,000 e-mails, didn't shut down the event, "Race, Liberation and Palestine," at Rutgers University.

Nick Estes, Lakota, Lower Brule in South Dakota, said the U.S. had more than 400 federal institutions dedicated to removing Native children from their families, all across the United States, and in Alaska and the Pacific.

SANTA FE, New Mexico -- New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham rescinded governors' orders from the 1800s that targeted Navajos and Apaches to be hunted by militia and murdered. The previous governors orders had never been rescinded, which required an executive order of the governor.

Gov. Lujan Grisham's executive order on Monday, Indigenous Peoples Day, is the result of extensive research by Santa Fe Historian Valerie Rangel, who documented the genocide and appealed to the governor to take action and rescind the orders. Rangel's research led her to the Rare Books section of Huntington Library in Californa.

The vile and racist orders by Gov. Calhoun in his proclamations in 1851 directed Native residents to be excluded from official census counts and authorized militias to “pursue and attack” Indigenous New Mexicans.

The brainwashing, torture, trafficking, and drugging of children by the so-called elite -- politicians, Hollywood, and (disputed) royalty -- and CIA -- are being exposed in the Mohawk Mothers court case; Epstein articles; and the case of Tokata Iron Eyes, Lakota, daughter of Sara Jumping Eagle, pediatrician, and Chase Iron Eyes, attorney. 

Actor Ezra Miller remains in hiding with Tokata and police are unable to serve protective orders and warrants.

The Genocide

At the same time, many leaders of the movements now have COVID. On the northern border, Kanahus with the Tiny House Warriors was arrested at the border, charged and released.

The Mohawk Mothers continue their case in Ottawa Supreme Court, exposing the torture experiments of Canada and the U.S. CIA in the MK Ultra mind control experiments, the role of the band councils in genocide, and the search for the unmarked graves of the little ones, the children who never came home.

Mohawk Mothers told Aljazeera of the children who never came home from McGill University medical center, "I personally know of somebody who was taken there because he was 'unruly.'"

"They did a lobotomy on him and sent him back. And for 40 years, his family took care of him."

Trigger warning for content. This list of 28 mass graves of Native children who died of starvation, disease, torture, and murder, at residential schools in Canada was published in 2008. 

The information was published by Hidden from History from historical data and survivor and eyewitness accounts. The children were stolen from their families by churches and government Indian agents. Parents who hid their children were to be imprisoned, by Canadian law.

Instead of being schools, these were militarized prison facilities where children were incarcerated and subjected routinely to beatings and abuse. -- Censored News.

Harriet Nahanee, an eyewitness to the murder of Maise Shaw on Dec. 24, 1946, at the Alberni School (1995.) Harriet, one of the first to speak out publicly, died of pneumonia and lung cancer after being jailed for activism to protect the environment in 2007.

1. Port Alberni:

Presbyterian-United Church school (1895-1973), now occupied by the
Nuu-Chah-Nulth Tribal Council (NTC) office, Kitskuksis Road . Gravesite is a series of sinkhole rows in hills 100 metres due west of the NTC building, in thick foliage, past an unused water pipeline. Children also interred at Tseshaht reserve cemetery, and in wooded gully east of Catholic cemetery on River Road.

2. Alert Bay :

St. Michael’s Anglican school (1878-1975), situated on Cormorant Island offshore from Port McNeill. Presently the building is used by Namgis First Nation. The site is an overgrown field adjacent to the building, and also under the foundations of the present new building, constructed during the 1960s. Skeletons seen “between the walls”.

3. Kuper Island: Catholic school

(1890-1975), offshore from Chemainus. The land occupied by Penelakut Band. The former building is destroyed except for a staircase. Two grave sites:  one immediately south of the former building, in a field containing a conventional cemetery; another at the west shoreline in a lagoon near the main dock.

4. Nanaimo Indian Hospital:  Indian Affairs and United Church experimental facility (1942-1970) on Department of National Defense land. Buildings now destroyed. Gravesites are immediately east of former buildings on Fifth Avenue, adjacent to and south of Malaspina College.

5. Mission: St. Mary’s Catholic school (1861-1984), adjacent to and north of Lougheed Highway and Fraser River Heritage Park. Original school buildings are destroyed, but many foundations are visible on the grounds of the Park.

In this area there are two gravesites: a) immediately adjacent to former girls’ dormitory and present cemetery for priests, and a larger mass grave in an artificial earthen mound, north of the cemetery among overgrown foliage and blackberry bushes, and b) east of the old school grounds, on the hilly slopes next to the field leading to the newer school building which is presently used by the Sto:lo First Nation. Hill site is 150 metres west of the building.

6. North Vancouver: Squamish (1898-1959) and Sechelt (1912-1975) Catholic schools, buildings destroyed. Graves of children who died in these schools interred in the Squamish Band Cemetery, North Vancouver.

7. Sardis: Coqualeetza Methodist-United Church school (1889-1940), then experimental hospital run by the federal government (1940-1969). Native burial site next to Sto:lo reserve and Little Mountain school, also possibly adjacent to the former school-hospital building.

8. Cranbrook: St. Eugene Catholic school (1898-1970), recently converted into a tourist “resort” with federal funding, resulting in the covering-over of a mass burial site by a golf course in front of the building. Numerous gravesites are around and under this golf course.

9. Williams Lake: Catholic school (1890-1981), buildings destroyed but foundations intact, five miles south of city. Gravesites reported north of school grounds and under foundations of the tunnel-like structure.

10. Meares Island (Tofino): Kakawis-Christie Catholic school (1898-1974). Buildings incorporated into Kakawis Healing Centre. Body storage room reported in the basement, adjacent to burial grounds south of the school.

11. Kamloops : Catholic school (1890-1978). Buildings are intact. Mass grave south of the school, adjacent to and amidst orchard. Numerous burials witnessed there.

Star Blanket Cree Nation, Qu'Appelle Indian Residential School

An indigenous nation in Canada said it has discovered evidence of possible unmarked graves on the grounds of a former residential school.

Star Blanket Cree Nation said a ground-penetrating radar had revealed the jawbone fragment of a small child and more than 2,000 "areas of interest".

Areas for this most recent search were identified after testimonials from elders and former students of the former Qu'Appelle Indian Residential School.

The US border wall construction is already destroying habitat, the wild places of animals, birds and pollinators, along the Rio Grande in Texas.
Any day now, construction will begin on the Arizona border, blocking the migration of the Pronghorn Antelope and rupturing life in the fragile Sonoran Desert. The enormous lights and road construction alone will disturb the creatures of the fragile Sonoran Desert.

In Texas, people will loose their homes and farms, and the US will seize access to the water of the Rio Grande. The US will create a no-mans land, a corridor, which the US politicians can use for their corporate friends.
These small, expensive stretches of border wall will not stop immigration. It will push migrants to more deadly zones.
"The government has already demolished refuge land in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas and construction is set to begin any day. On one section of the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge, crews have used heavy construction equipment to destroy a mix of trees, including mesquite, mulberry and hackberry. Those trees protect birds during the ongoing nesting season," AP reports.
Like the death camps where Trump is caging and torturing  children to death, and the theft of migrant children for adoption and trafficking, the border wall is an act of genocide and ecocide, and the outcry should be heard around the world.
At least six children have died in Trump's death camps and cages for migrant children, and many more have been raped and sexually abused.

She  describes Israel's goal of "maximum territory" and "minimum population" of Palestinians, who are removed by force, beaten and often hospitalized as Israel destroys Palestinian homes and forces them into refugee camps.

"These are the windows of a school for Palestinian girls that were broken with rubber bullets and tear gas bombs by the Israeli army. This is in the refugee camp called Shu'fat camp. 
It is across the street from Jewish settlements where people not only don’t have to pay taxes but receive benefits to live there. Here in Shu’fat people are taxed and resources are extracted.
