Join singer Dana Lyons  and Columbia Riverkeeper for an evening of great music and conversation. Dana has perfected his musical talent to both entertain and inform audiences about the threat of coal export to our river, our health, and our climate. This concert is part of the popular Great Coal Train Tour — a musical tour from the coal mines of Wyoming to the proposed coal export terminals throughout the Northwest. This is sure to be a fun, inspirational performance that is good for the whole family.
About Dana Lyons:
Dana Lyons, a lifetime recording artist and environmental educator, has a body of work extending well beyond his hit song “Cows with Guns.”  He has eight albums, including Circle the World with Dr. Jane Goodall and At night they Howl at the Moon: Environmental Songs for Kids. Dana works with Dr. Goodall and her environmental group “Roots & Shoots.” Hailing from Bellingham , Dana has taken the Great Coal Train Tour throughout the states affected by coal export.  You can find Dana here: www.cowswithguns.com
