Anonymous: Solidarity with Guantanamo Hunger Strike

    Good day my friends.

Close to half of the population at Guantanamo Bay are now hunger striking. It is time to stand in solidarity with them by demanding the Obama Administration to live up to it's promises to shut the center down.

Peabody Coal's Greed: Theft of Navajo and Hopi sacred items

BLACK MESA, Ariz. -- While Peabody Coal was raping Black Mesa's coal, and forcing more than 14,000 Navajos into relocation and sorrow, Peabody seized 1 million Navajo and Hopi artifacts from Black Mesa. Those artifacts are are now at the University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale.

Louise Benally, Dine' of Big Mountain, said, "They steal the souls of the ancestors that lie in the land, to violate our human rights currently. The taking out of the bones and remains of our ancestors simply points to one thing, the injustice of imperialism that has encroached on our homelands now.

"The only thing we can say is have them rebury the bones from where they took them. To steal the bones of the ancestors just point to one thing, the violation of our human rights.

"They killed the land when they mined it. It is the mind set of the colonials that does not respect the laws of nature.

"Bones need to be left alone. Everything needs to be left alone and to be replanted there. Peabody Coal Company doesn't have any respect for anything or anybody, only their greed matters," Benally told Censored News.

Peabody Coal, with the aid of attorneys and politicians, fabricated the so-called 'Navajo Hopi land dispute' in order to remove Navajos from Black Mesa and mine the coal.

Now, at the University of Southern Illinois, the Center for Archaeological Investigations says the seizure of Navajo and Hopi artifacts was funded by Peabody Coal. The university even brags about the seizure:

We are currently working on a 5.5-year project to inventory and rehouse the Black Mesa Archaeological Project (BMAP) collections. BMAP is one of the largest, longest running projects in the history of North American archaeology. Fieldwork spanned seventeen years, from 1967 to 1983, and at its peak employed more than 200 persons in a single summer. Nearly 2,500 archaeological sites were identified, and more than 200 sites excavated, on the 256-square km of Black Mesa leased from the Hopi and Navajo by Peabody Energy. Fieldwork produced more than one million artifacts, which the CAI curates along with the field notes, maps, photographs, and other associated documents. Carried out in collaboration with the Hopi and Navajo and generously funded by Peabody Energy, this project will ensure that the BMAP collections are properly curated now and far into the future.

Protect Holy Mount Taylor: MASE Urges Opposition to Roca Honda Uranium Mine

Hello friends and allies,
Many of you are aware of MASE and the work we are doing in northwestern New Mexico to stop proposed new uranium mines in and around our communities.  The Forest Service has just released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Roca Honda mine, the first proposed new mine in New Mexico in more than 30 years.  Aside from the environmental impacts of the Roca Honda mine, MASE is very concerned with protecting a Native American sacred site, Mt. Taylor, on which the mine is being proposed.  Please join us and support our efforts to stop this mine by sending in letters and comments to the Forest Service urging them to deny the Roca Honda Mine’s Plan of Operations.  I have attached our talking points, and a letter from the Forest Service announcing the release of the DEIS.  We would greatly appreciate your organization sending in letters and sending alerts to your networks and membership asking them to do the same.  Our talking points are attached, but please feel free to elaborate on those points and make additional comments.

OAKLAND, Calif. – On April 22, 2013, United States District Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton from the Northern District of California has ruled against the Obama Administration’s secrecy around the multi-million dollar, U.S. taxpayer-funded Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (SOA/WHINSEC) military training school, and has ordered that access to who trains and teaches at the school be restored. Human rights activists had taken the U.S. government to court over its refusal to release the information, and won.

SOA Watch compiled the names, course, rank, country of origin, and dates attended from 1946 to 2004 for every soldier and instructor at the School of the Americas, which was renamed to the Western Hemisphere Institute in 2001. After researchers exposed cases of known human rights abusers attending the WHINSEC (despite claims that the "new" school was committed to human rights), and shared this research with Congressional decision-makers, the Department of Defense (DOD) refused to disclose any future information about students or teachers at the WHINSEC.

Mohawk Nation News 'Vigilantism'

VIGILANTISM

MNN. Apr. 22, 2013. Vigilantes take the law into their own hands, backed by militancy, bigotry and suspicion, without facts.  The mainstream media unleashes propaganda to empower the mob of vigilantes.
Vigilantes stone and kill an elder.
Vigilantes stone and kill an elder.

During the Mohawk Oka Crisis of 1990, Canada and Quebec  directed vigilantism against the Mohawks. On August 28, 1990 a convoy of 75 cars carrying Mohawk mothers, children and elders left the Kahnawake community on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal. Many were the sick and elderly. They were being removed ahead of a forewarned Canadian Army attack on Kahnawake.
Quebec Police, posing as part of the mob, forced the cars to remain on the bridge for 7 hours on one of the hottest days of the summer. On the other side of the Mercier Bridge a white crowd was being organized. Prejudice was spurred on by a local popular radio announcer, Gilles Proulx, urging people to kill “les sauvages”.
Ambulances were let through after patients were examined by the crowd. A young woman in labor had her cervix examined by the mob. When the cars started to move, the crowd pelted the vehicles with rocks while the out-of-uniform Quebec Police directed or looked on.  One elderly man was killed. None were charged or went to trial.
Vigilantism is psychological warfare designed to undermine the will to fight. We were “extremists” who had to be brought under control. The issues was our objection to the town of Oka expanding a golf course over our burial grounds and ceremonial site.bond market
Stories of violence and chaos were churned out “The government keeps you safe”. “One global government is needed”, was repeatedly screamed. “Everybody wants peace, not bloodshed”.
Real reason for false flags
We were dangerous. The kasastensera kowa sa oiera placed us on land to which we have natural ties. Our resources are needed by those trying to set up a one world government whose strength is declining. Their weakness is their dependence on the resources of the Indigenous which they have to steal.  The resistance to theft imperils their future. False flags are smoke screens. Harper’s vision
Police line at Caledonia 2006. Oka, Caledonia, now Boston.
Police line at Caledonia 2006. Oka, Caledonia, now Boston.
In 1990 brainwashing messages were sent out all hours of the day and night. Lies about the Mohawks and nationalism were spouted on the airwaves. The target and the public were beaten into submission. The Mohawks were being prepared for the massacre that was to follow. The army landed on an offshore island to go door to door into our houses. Thousands of unarmed Mohawks young and old, women and men, girls and boys, ran over the small bridge or swam to the island. They backed and disarmed the soldiers. The military had to send in a contingent to rescue them.
Mohawks defend the land.
When army comes to your home, the men stand up to protect the women and children.
The 1990 crisis was a false flag, studied by the PTB and used in the business plan for Boston. Canada held a conference in 2009 in Montreal on “Adapting to a New World Order”. As Sarah McLachlan sings: “You come out at night. That’s when the energy comes. And he dark side’s light. And the vampires roam. …you’re setting up your razor wire shrine!” Building a mystery

VIGILANTISME
Mohawk Nation News :
NAIS Gazette

BRON: Censored News
