Ofelia Rivas, O'odham is interviewed by Al Jazeera. Thank you AJ for finally telling the real story, and interviewing Ofelia, who lives on the border. She has been battling the U.S. Border Patrol all these years.
Mike Flores, Tohono O'odham, of the American Indian Movement, is also interviewed.
Ofelia and Mike point out that the U.S. government has awarded the Israeli Apartheid corporation Elbit Systems the contract to build spy towers in their community.
Although other newspapers and TV have been asked to provide this coverage, and come to the community, only Al Jazeera has come through with this coverage without censoring the truth.
