VIDEO Tantoo Cardinal Arrested Tar Sands White House Protest





Photos by Tar Sands Action. Cree actress Tantoo Cardinal arrested with Superman's Lois Lane, Margo Kidder, as Cardinal defended her homeland from the destruction of the Alberta tar sands excavation. The two weeks of protest are to halt the Keystone XL Pipeline planned from Canada to Texas. Meanwhile, Obama is on a 10-day vacation. There were 275 arrests as of Day 5, which was Wednesday.
