MNN. Oct. 4, 2014. Two related incidents. The orchestrated attack on selected Mohawks by Canada’s band council of Kahnawake MCK inc.
Corporate band council meetings in Kahnawake.
Corporate band council meetings in Kahnawake.
And an attempted murder of a young driver by the Surete du Quebec SQ. Both are part of the “ordo ab chao” conflict strategy to create fear and confusion in Kahnawake.
Under the eye of the corporate council, certain people were ordered to leave the community. They were deemed to be unqualified under the colonial Indian Act to live here.
The underlying issue appears to be our legitimate demand for the return of 45,000 acres of our land known as the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis. Kahnawake is on this tract which is part of the Iroquois Confederacy territory. Ten non-native municipalities are on this tract which must now be returned. According to the Kaianerekowa, the supreme law of the land, the Mohawks and the Confederacy cannot sell the land, much less accept money. According to international law, a vote, referendum or consensus of all adults is required. In violation of the Two Row Wampum – Guswentha, Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a reserve without a surrender and a treaty. They are trying to do this in the West now.
The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land as that of the Iroquois and our friends and allies.
Nobody wants to meet our o'ien'kwen:ton!
O’ien’kwen:ton! We have a duty to defend our land!
In 1974 Canada could not send the military or RCMP into Kahnawake. The Mohawks were removing non-native people. Lawyer, Gaetan Robert, informed us that Minister of Indian Affairs, Jean Chretien, had secretly enacted an illegal order in council on November 16, 1974, turning Kahnawake into a reserve. This order cannot be found. The SQ riot squad came in. A battle ensued. They and the white families left. The SQ, RCMP and the military have no legal authority to enter our community known as Kahnawake for any reason.
The Government of Canada Indian council do as they’re told by their real rulers. Other fear tactics are now being used on us.
SQ: "Okay, I see you have your seat belt on!"
SQ: “Okay, you have your seat belt on. So I’ll put my gun away!”
On October 2, 2014 a young man with his two year old daughter was followed by the SQ onto a side road in Kahnawake and pulled over. The driver immediately called the local Indian cops and then put both hands on the dash. The cop yanked the car door open and pointed his loaded gun with his finger on the trigger at him, “Show me your license and registration”. The Mohawk coolly said, “First take your finger off the trigger and point your gun somewhere else”. Local cops and neighbors quickly arrived and diffused the situation. Apparently it was a misunderstanding. The Quebec license bureau had not yet registered his paid up car registration.
As Hank Williams advises, it’s time to fall in love with your Indians again: “Poor old, Kaw-liga, he never got a kiss. Poor old, Kaw-liga, he don’t know what he missed. Is it any wonder that his face is red. Kaw-liga, that poor old wooden head”.  Hank Williams. “Kaw-liga”.

Mohawk Nation News 'Ebola Blankets, Anyone?'

EBOLA BLANKETS, ANYONE?

MNN. Oct. 3, 2014. The first and largest germ warfare in mankind was in the Western Hemisphere. Small pox were given to us through blankets and other means to murder over 150 million Indigenous people. Small pox was a European invention. The government, military and the people all took part in the North Americian Indian Holocaust. Priests, government agents, traders, medical and the military gave out small pox infested blankets. White women with syphilis surrounded native communities to entice the men to have sex with them to spread it in their communities. The soldiers in the army forts that had gonorrhea would rape or have intercourse with Indian women who would then spread it in their villages. In residential schools sick kids were put in bed with healthy kids to infect and kill them. smallpox blankets
Smallpox victim. One of millions.
Smallpox victim. One of millions.
Charles Darwin ‘s “The Origins of the Species” was the basis of the eugenics movement. It was a program to cull the masses, to bolster racism and hierarchy.
In trying to bring ebola here, supposedly preventive flu shots are causing sickness and death. See note below *. Ebola was invented by the American military. It is being used to establish martial law. Epidemics, chem trails, FEMA internment camps, war, famine and diseases will cull the population. AIDS was invented in their labs here and tested on Africans. The germ warfare list is extensive.
The people living in the US now may suffer the same Indigenous genocide program we did. The USA Inc. and its shareholders are the real Frankenstein that invent deadly diseases and make secret vaccinations for themselves. They invent war after war. Their latest enemy whoever they decide. Their wars will continue until the people say, “No more war!” We will drive the last nail on their coffin. RCMP and US police are training to fight the state-created zombie apocalypse.
'Then, to stop the spread, they burned the village and sent me home.'An important part of the new world order is the World Health Organization’s plans to control  health and medicine worldwide. Natural medicines to treat cancer are being outlawed so that only pharmaceuticals can legally sell it. United Nations Agenda 21 is making natural medicine like sweet grass and cedar illegal. A prescription from doctors will be required.
They come from a dark history of false gods, prostitution, gambling, etc. Part of the strategy is to destroy the self-image and and make everybody vulnerable through foods and drugs. Designed distractions demolish people through tv, videos, movies, religious prisons and other mind altering means. Promotion of partying, drugs, drinking and living festive right up to the last moment. The Great Peace teaches us that everybody has the ability to reason and know right from wrong.
is it a cold or ebola?
Is it ebola or something from my flu shot?
We Indigenous have been through this. We’re seeing it come again. Know your history or you’re bound to repeat it.
As CCR sings: “Whoa. Thought it was a nightmare. Lord it was so true. They told me don’t go walking slow. The devil’s on the loose. You better run through the jungle. You better run through the jungle. You better run through the jungle. Don’t look back!” Credence Clearwater Revival.

Note: Zombie apocalypse*The Center for Disease Control CDC owns the patent description on EboBun virus. The U.S. government extracts Ebola viruses from patients and claims to have ‘invented’ it. On August 2, 2014 a monopoly patent protection was filed. “EboBun”, patent No. CA2741523A1, was awarded in 2010 to the Government Of The United States Of America As Represented By The Secretary, Department Of Health & Human Services, Center For Disease Control: “The invention provides the isolated human Ebola (hEbola) viruses denoted as Bundibugyo (EboBun) deposited with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”; Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America) on November 26, 2007 and accorded an accession number 200706291.”

World Conference on Indigenous: Canada and Mexico expose themselves

By Brenda Norrell
Censored News

To recap, let me know if I missed anything: First, a former CIA employee tried to take control of the UN World Conference on Indigenous Peoples planning session near San Diego. Next people flew around the world planning it. Next, the North American Caucus called for cancellation of the conference. Next it was made clear that grassroots Indigenous could not participate, and it was by invitation-only to the select well-funded. Next, Pacific Islanders, victims of the nuclear holocaust, withdrew support because of censorship of demilitarization. Next, the president of Mexico, continuing the ongoing genocide of Indigenous Peoples, was featured. Next, Canada rejected the outcome document because Canada said it has the right to violate Indigenous rights and Aboriginal treaties.
Did I miss anything?
Canada's statement (excerpt)

World Conference on Indigenous violated by presence of Mexico's president

Rosa Rojas / La Jornada

Source: La Jornada
Translation by Tonatierra
The discourse of the Mexican government before the so-called World Conference on Indigenous Peoples (WCIP) organized by the United Nations in New York "is a fork-tongue discourse" because President Enrique Peña Nieto went on to say that the rights of indigenous peoples are respected in Mexico when "what happens in reality is that they are violated daily by concessions to extractive industries and wind energy projects and now the 'reforms' in the energy grid being implemented without free, prior and informed consent while simultaneously the Indigenous Peoples are as criminalized, repressed and imprisoned" when they defend their lands and territory.
In agreement on the above were Martha Nestor and Guadalupe Martinez Sanchez, of the Alliance of Indigenous Women of Central America and Mexico (AMICAM); Felicitas Martínez, the Regional Coordinator of the Community Police of the Costa Chica and Mountains of Guerrero (CRAC-PC); Bettina Cruz, Assembly of Indigenous Peoples of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec in Defense of Land and Territory (APIITDTT) and Marusia López Cruz, Regional Director of JASS (Associates for Justice) Mesoamerica, expressed at a press conference after the so-called WCIP.
All of the above - except Cruz - attended the conference in New York and although in their expositions valued some advances registered in the declaration emitted from the WCIP, they stressed the need for dismantle the  "dynamic of simulation" that produces subscription to documents such as the Final Outcome Document while at the international level "the systematic violation of the rights of Indigenous Peoples has intensified."
They criticized there was not enough representation of Indigenous Peoples in the international event but instead there was "attendance by high level functionaries of the governments." Also, that in the final Declaration of the WCIP, the aspects regarding militarization as an issue to be addressed in the declaration, were eliminated due to the opposition of some governments (such as Russia) - whereas militarization is a reality that occurs in many indigenous territories across the world, including Mexico.
Lopez emphasized the "forked-tongue" discourse of Pena Nieto in terms of respect for human rights when "at the national level the Mexican government continues to allow or is directly involved in" violations such as the 57 cases of disappearances and the seven assassinations of students of the Normal schools in Guerrero.
Martinez reported that her own fellow indigenous companions emphasized that the central focus of the declaration of the WCIP must point to the defense of the lands and territories of the Indigenous Peoples and that the condemnation against violence towards Indigenous Women and the defense of the right to sexual and reproductive health "was not as important."
Néstor Sánchez and Martínez said that the Indigenous women had to organize their own way to the UN meeting, financing their travel and lodging in New York and that the CDI (National Commission for the Development of Indigenous Peoples) never answered their requests for support.
Felicitas, for her part, emphasized that in Mexico there is ongoing harassment and persecution of indigenous leaders as evidenced by the imprisonment of several of her companions from the Community Police and Arturo Campos, coordinator of the CRAC, the Yaqui leader Mario Luna, the opposition to La Parota José Antonio Own Suástegui and Bettina Cruz.
This last reported imprisonment is now subject to a judicial process, with bail, while being accused of the crimes of "illegal deprivation of freedom" and "consumption of the national wealth" - crimes for which the sentience is between 5 and 10 years of prison.  The case awaits the judgment of Sixth District Judge Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, to issue the sentence that will define the legal situation.
Just this Monday was delivered to the said Judge of the Sixth District anAmicus Curiae brief (Friend of the Court) signed by more than two hundred of Human Rights NGO's wherein the court is requested to review some legal considerations that argue to "the absence of necessary elements to estimate culpability for the crime and the penal responsibility of the defendant." as well as considerations for the frame of the "liberty of freedom of expression" as well as lack of determinants of criminal liability of the accused "and the context in which the acts should be framed in terms of the Right to Freedom of Expression".  The brief calls for the absolution of the accusations against the human rights defender Cruz Velázquez.
