Kenny Frost -- Stockpiled Supplies and the Chairman's Deal at Standing Rock

This is just one corner of many warehouse rooms where the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe stockpiled donations that were received in recent months. The boxes, marked by the senders for specific camps of water protectors, are in the process of being distributed. Tribal workers said the packages had been there since October. Kenny Frost, Ute Elder and Water Protector who made this public today said, "It is important to note the tribe has more supplies they have not given out under the name of Standing Rock."

Standing Rock Chairman Dave Archambault told water protectors and Veterans abruptly to leave, when Archambault announced DAPL's drilling permit was denied by the Army Corps. Now, Ute Elder Kenny Frost, a water protector at Standing Rock, explains.

Update: Standing Rock Sioux Chairman Dave Archambault's response:
Statement from Chairman Archambault II regarding supply donations. 12-13-16

"There has been some confusion lately regarding donations and the Tribe’s role in storage and dispersal. First and foremost, please do not indulge in these conspiracy theories circulating about secret agreements between the tribe and the company or local law enforcement. Such rumors are false and harmful to our movement. Also, I would like to clarify that the Tribe has only tried to help in this donation supplies issue, by providing a storage facility for the large quantity of donated items coming in for the camps. We have never attempted to guide or interfere with distribution. To avoid any further confusion, we ask that camp donations from here on out be sent to specific people at the respective camps, and not directly to the tribal offices. Any supply donations received by the tribal office will be returned to sender."

Today,

Well, bright and early this morning we were allowed to get our packages which never came to our shipping address of Sacred Stone Camp.

Where is this you might ask?

I've been called a liar by a few. As, I stated yesterday. These packages of heaters, cots, generators, hand warmers, space blankets and the list goes on for Sacred Stone Camp, the Big Camp, Red Warrior, and others are housed here.

If many of you know me, I believe everyone, including tribal government leaders must be held to a high standard. People look up on them for leadership.

Why was our people -- water protectors, Defenders and Vets -- asked to leave immediately.

You might have guessed why.
A certain meeting was held very quietly with those of the pipeline. I did receive confirmation, as we had guessed this might have happened.

One of the individuals who was at this meeting advised me of those in attendance, including the Colonel, including the oppositions.

Part of agreement was to have water protectors, defenders and vets, vacate the big camp.

This is why the announcement was abrupt for everyone to leave!

If I was the chairman and people came to support me I would have a traditional meal, thanking everyone for coming, supporting, and perhaps give gifts to all who came, with a closing prayers for all who came for a safe journey. But at the end, I would have told everyone in a year, we will have a big celebration for everyone to come back. This is me however as I was raised traditionally.

I am happy. We got our packages back. People depend on these supplies. We must take care of our people no matter what tribal nation is standing with us to kill the Black Snake. This snake is not dead.

Now, we need a call out for trucks to help get these supplies to camp.

Thank you everyone who has sent supplies to help us. I'm saddened Red Warriors' camp is gone. They were very important in our cause.

We must put egos, and differences aside. I'm glad the other camp name is All Nations Camp. It's going for all of us as one nation to come together as one.

If we can do this correctly we can bring all minority groups United as one nation. We must continue to protect Mother Earth

We can do this.
We must do this.

We are Unarmed.

Water is Life.
Water Is Sacred

The Homestake Gold Mine, in Lead, South Dakota, operated for 125 years and produced 41 million troy ounces of gold (over $48 billion dollars at today’s gold prices of over $1200 dollars an ounce). As George Hearst and his partners consolidated his ownership of the mine and surrounding claims, he bought newspapers in nearby Deadwood. To further influence public opinion concerning the seizure of reservation gold, they sold shares of the mine and listed it on the New York Stock Exchange. From its public offering in 1879, It became one of the longest-listed stocks in the history of the of the New York Stock Exchange. George’s son, William Randolph Hearst, would later buy the San Francisco Examiner on his way to becoming a newspaper mogul and one of the richest men in America. This son of the man who stole a gold mine, had his life of influence and affluence exposed in the film Citizen Kane.

In the summer of 1874, Lt. Col. George Armstrong Custer was sent into the Black Hills by Gen. Phillip Sheridan to search for gold. This was in direct violation of the Treaty of Fort Laramie of 1868. Today, there is a large photograph at the mine of Custer and his entourage entering the Black Hills. The caption information tells us that after gold was discovered, many miners came into the Black Hills in defiance of the army and the Indians but fails to mention that Custer’s army was violating the 1868 Treaty. Neither does the caption information remind the visitors to the mine that article 6 of the U.S. Constitution calls a treaty the supreme law of the land.

Custer came into the Black Hills with 1,000 soldiers, over 100 covered wagons, 2 or 3 gatling guns, a cannon, a 16 piece brass band mounted on white horses, and two prospectors who were the experts on gold. On July 30th 1874, Custer sent a dispatch to Ft. Laramie which read, “Gold has been found in paying quantities. I have upon my table 40 or 50 small particles of pure gold. In size averaging that of a small pinhead. And most of it found tod”ay from one pan full of earth.” Today, the area where the placer gold (gold carried by mountain streams) was found, is the town of Custer, South Dakota. Probably the most significant bit of information absent from the Custer photograph at the mine is what the President of the United States said to Congress the following year. “…The Discovery of gold in the Black Hills, a portion of the Sioux Reservation, has had the effect to induce a large immigration of miners to that point. Thus far the effort to protect the treaty rights of the Indians to that section has been successful, but the next year will certainly witness a large increase of such immigration. The negotiations for the relinquishment of the gold fields having failed, it will be necessary for Congress to adopt some measures to relieve the embarrassment growing out of the causes named. The Secretary of the Interior suggests that the supplies now appropriated for the sustenance of that people, Being no longer obligatory under the Treaty of 1868, but simply a gratuity, may be issued or withheld at his discretion.” President Ulysses S. Grant’s entire message can be found in Messages and Papers of the Presidents Vol. 9 Pg. 4306.

The fact that President Grant would suggest that a starvation policy should be implemented may be difficult for most Americans to believe but the attitude of that day can be found in the words of another President whose image is carved 40 miles south of the Homestake Mine on Mt Rushmore.

“The Most ultimately righteous of all wars is a war with savages. The rude, fierce settler who drives the savage from the land lays all civilized mankind under a debt to him…it is of incalculable importance that America, Australia, and Siberia should pass out of the hands of their red, black, and yellow aboriginal owners, and become the heritage of the dominant world races.” The Winning of the West Vol. 4, The Indian Wars, Pg. 56 by Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit the mass grave site of the Wounded Knee Massacre, you must reflect on why such a thing happened. It was the 7th Cavalry that did it, so the average American is led to believe that it was revenge for Custer’s Last Stand at the Little Big Horn. But knowing President Grant’s words to Congress is to know that the gold was on the Sioux Reservation and that Custer was there in violation of the Treaty of Ft. Laramie of 1868. And to know President Grant’s words to Congress is to know that he called on America to starve the Indians off their land. When the President of the United States openly calls for the deliberate and systematic destruction of a people, what other conclusion can be reached? If you ever visit the mass grave site at Wounded Knee on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, you can know, beyond a doubt, that the men, women and children who were thrown into this trench, were the victims of genocide.

HARD COLD FASCISM

Please post.
MNN. DEC. 12, 2016. We grassroots people along with all life can never “bend our knees”. Creation programmed us to fight for freedom. US President-elect Trump plans to try to privatize our communities to be owned by the banks. He announced he plans to try to push through all the pipelines.
Will he preside over the real American Revolution? The 1776 ‘revolution’ never happened. It was the world’s first successful false flag. In 1779 Washington sent 13,800 men to Onondaga to chop down the Tree of Peace. The corporation known as the USA was created. It’s business plan was to be “The Republic of War”. 1745-pipeline-cartoon
The Red Warrior camp left Standing Rock to continue the battle against genocide elsewhere.
Only the people can bring stability. Thousands of veterans went to Standing Rock and stood with us. We noticed that mother earth healed them in some way. BIA puppet Lyin’ Oren was sent there by the oil companies to be part of the damage control of their image.
All women have the duty to lead the revolution everywhere in the world, to solidify the peace in every community worldwide.
"That belongs at the pow wow table!"
“That belongs at the pow wow table!”
Archie Archambault is set up by the corporation similar to Batista in Cuba. The US sent a top mob boss, Meyer Lansky, to teach him the art of corruption. He and his friends were given casinos, hotels and businesses. Jobs and fake positions were given to his family, friends and acquaintances. An overpaid elite was created that makes no contribution to society. Brutal cops and soldiers kept them in power to keep the investors happy. Those who benefit from such a setup are agents of repression.
Chief Archie: "Pray or get outa here!"
Chief Archie: “Pray, keep your eyes down, or get outa here!”
The fraudulent corporate band and tribal councils control the police state on our territories. When necessary, the military trained police department grows. The fraudulent INDIAN chiefs have handlers who plan and tell them what to do and say.
Grassroots people have the natural will to fight for survival. Creation won’t let us surrender. If pipelines aren’t completed, investors will jump ship.
There are threats, arrests, torture and possible assassinations. Prayers will not stop them. Prison never calms down a revolutionary. The Admiralty courts promotes the corporation and the banks. They will always decide in favor of money.
Standing Rock represents the awakening of the people in America who have been asleep too long. Their constitution has been hijacked by a corporate cabal. They are now slaves in a police state.
The corporation and band tribal dictators have to be expelled from our territories. American, Canadian and people worldwide stand up. Those who don’t are complicit. snowden-g1-1
Everybody has been struck by the spark of the revolution. We will stand with the rain, cold and hardships. A final battle is coming between the people and the corporation. The great peace has a life of its own. Soldiers who fight for their pay will join the people to help us save our mother.
Frank Zappa talks about the plastic people in the US: “Ladies and Gentlemen, the President of the United States! Fellow Americans. Doot, doot, doot …. doot, doot, doot …. He’s been sick. Dooooot! Dooooot! Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. Teet. And I think his wife is gonna bring him some children soup. Doot. Teet. Plastic people. Oh baby, now you’re such a drag. I know it’s hard to defend an unpopular policy once in a while. Plastic people. Oh baby, now you’re such a drag. And there’s this guy from the CIA. And he’s creeping around Standing Rock….”

MNN. Dec. 12, 2016. Chairman Archie Archambault of Lakota Inc. shows what a loser does. He jumps completely into their boat and tries to get everyone else out of the canoe and into the boat with him. time
Chairmen only exist in corporations. Their main job is to ensure ever growing dividends for the shareholders of the corporation. Chairmen Archambault seems to be working for Lakota Inc. The Lakota people should demand to see the articles of incorporation and the shareholder agreement for the corporation. kkk
The pipeline is going under the Missouri river somewhere else and he seems okay with it. Archie, there is to be no pipeline anywhere!
The Indian Ring that conducts the fraud is controlled by the military. They are responsible for the annihilation of over 100 million onkwe’hon:weh, original people.
The West was settled town by town with the aid of the military. They deputized those settlers who wanted Indian land, went with the armed settlers to the Indian villages, murdered all of them, stuffed them in a big hole and gave the town an English name. This was done all the way to the Pacific Ocean.
Sleeping lion is waking up and remembering.
SLEEPING LION IS WAKING UP AND REMEMBERING. .
Now the Indian Ring works with corporations. They provide intelligence, arms, training and full backup of the military. fate
DAPL security is digging holes to apparently put the pipe in. Their security forces show in their criminal actions at Standing Rock against the water protectors that they’re having a déjà vu moment. They would like to kill water protectors, put them in the hole as their forebearers did and put the pipe over them. Remember, the army does war, nothing else.

Beatles know a little about losing something very dear to you, as the corporate chiefs also know:  “What have I done to deserve such a fate. I realize I have left it too late. And so it’s true, pride comes before a fall. I’m telling you so that you won’t lose all. I’m a loser. And I lost someone who’s dear to me. I’m a loser. And I’m not what I appear to be.”
