More than $2 billion in federal relief funds from the American Rescue Plan were received by the Navajo Nation government, but have not been distributed to Dine' in need. Dine' elderly, isolated families and the sick and dying continue to ask for help. There were 100 new cases of coronavirus, and four deaths, on the Navajo Nation on Friday.

The Navajo tribal controller's unauthorized COVID rapid testing contract resulted in  Navajos federal virus relief funds to be spent on a British sports car and  penthouse.

Former Navajo controller Pearline Kirk  received an annual salary of $225,000, according to new charges filed by the Navajo Nation.

The charges involve an unauthorized contract to Agile Technologies, a company conducting unauthorized and reckless types of COVID-19 rapid testing on Navajos.

The luxury spending was during the same time that food banks, and Dine' volunteers raised their own funds and carried water and food to desperate Dine', as the coronavirus spread through the Navajo Nation in 2020.

The kaianerekowa recognizes only the kaianerekowa. All other laws are null and void. Section 35 [1] of the Constitution Act of Canada, 1982, “recognizes and affirms”  the “original laws and peoples of Canada”. Anyone recognizing all Canadian laws violats the teiohate, two row. OUCH! THE COLONIAL LIE HAS BUSTED

Pre-colonial aboriginal rights existed on onowarekeh, turtle island, since time immemorial before the settler colonists arrived and illegally imposed themselves on our land. The colonial Constitution Act of Canada, 1982, was to solidify their theft of turtle island. The “existing aboriginal rights of the aboriginal peoples” are based on the kaianerekowa, the great peace, and other original laws which existed from the beginning of time, and have never nor will ever be amended, until the end of time, because they are based on nature. There has never been a surrender of land, people or anything on turtle island. Ever.

Section 35 [1] provides: “the existing [pre colonial] aboriginal and treaty rights of the aboriginal people of turtle island are hereby recognized and affirmed”.

Dine' Meet Opposing Navajo Council's New Helium Mining on Sacred Mountain
