Their ruling racketeers control the amoral government, businessmen and politicians. A king thug thinks he is the only “smart” one. He has cutthroat idiots who rob, cheat, lie and murder at will, within the rules they create.
This sociopathology underlies their society. The psychopathic matrix reflects Western European American culture based on violence. They constantly display aggression. They need a constant adrenaline high to threaten murder , create fear and carry out murder. The government directs the military forces to engage and destroy. They train and unleash the attack dogs that tried to kill the water protectors at Standing Rock.
The corporation owns the tribal and band councils, who do their bidding. To them we are a commodity that stands in their way. The councils allow our people to be sadistically treated including being raped, tortured, mutilated and killed.
We original people have always been in their way because we still exist.

Americans can’t look at their true selves. They prefer to remain untroubled by their continuing cruelty to hide their worldwide reputation as assassins. They class those who don’t comply as neurotics and terrorists.

Americans always want to climb to greater heights. It was only great before the arrival of the invaders. Since then they have never shown any greatness, just destruction, lying, theft and carrying out the biggest genocide in world history.

Their leaders validate their deranged impulses, who blame their problems on somebody else. Their solution is always to shoot and kill us for protecting the environment from their rapacious greed. [The Indian Ring]. They constantly plan to wreak violence against us as they enjoy seeing us tormented.

Last month, a letter in support of clemency for federal prisoner Leonard Peltier was sent to President Obama by former United States Attorney James H. Reynolds.
 
Supporters believe that Native American activist Leonard Peltier was wrongfully convicted in 1977 for the deaths of two agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Imprisoned for over 41 years, Peltier has the support of Amnesty International and other human rights organizations. Over 50 Members of Congress and others—including Judge Gerald Heaney (8th Circuit Court of Appeals) who sat as a member of the court in two of Peltier’s appeals—have all called for his immediate release.
 
As noted in his letter to President Obama, Mr. Reynolds was appointed to the position of U.S. Attorney for the District of Iowa by former President Jimmy Carter. He held the position in 1977, the year that Mr. Peltier’s case went to trial, and supervised the prosecutors through trial and appeals, including Assistant U.S. Attorney Evan Hultman. He was later appointed as U.S. Attorney for South Dakota.
 
Appellate courts have repeatedly acknowledged evidence of government misconduct in the Peltier case—including knowingly presenting false statements to a Canadian court to extradite Mr. Peltier to the U.S., and forcing witnesses to lie at trial.  A federal prosecutor has twice admitted that the government "can't prove who shot those agents." Per the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals "the FBI used improper tactics in securing Peltier’s extradition from Canada and in otherwise investigating and trying the Peltier case."  The court concluded that the government withheld evidence from the defense favorable to Peltier "which cast a strong doubt on the government's case," and that had this other evidence been brought forth "there is a possibility that a jury would have acquitted Leonard Peltier."  In 2003, the judges of the 10th Circuit stated: “Much of the government’s behavior at the Pine Ridge Reservation and in its prosecution of Mr. Peltier is to be condemned. The government withheld evidence. It intimidated witnesses. These facts are not disputed.”
 
Per the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), from the time of Peltier’s conviction in 1977 until the mid-1990s, the average length of imprisonment served for homicide in the U.S. prior to being released on parole ranged from 94 to 99.8 months (about 8 years). Per the existing standards at the time of his sentencing, Peltier is long overdue for discretionary parole. Per 1977 standards, he has served the equivalent of over five life sentences. But, in violation of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (and its amendments), the government has illegally extended Peltier's prison term. Effective on October 12, 1984, the law ordered that parole dates be issued to all "old system" prisoners within the following five-year period, at the end of which time (on October 11, 1989) the U.S. Parole Commission would cease to exist. After it had technically ceased to exist, the Commission claimed it needed more time to complete its work. Congress inexplicably granted several after-the-fact extensions. These extensions were legally invalid and therefore inapplicable because, at the time they were made, the Parole Commission had already been abolished.  
 
 
Further, in determining his release date, the government has failed to apply its 30 -year rule.  After 30 years served, all sentences are to be aggregated and the prisoner released.  In addition, the government has not considered the good-time credit earned by Peltier (20 years, to date). Peltier has long been eligible for mandatory release.
 
Clemency, Reynolds said in his letter to President Obama, is “…in the best interest of justice in considering the totality of all matters involved.”
 
Age 71 and in poor health, Peltier formally applied for clemency on February 17, 2016, and awaits President Obama’s decision.

MNN. Jan 3, 2017. The tribal and band council system promotes, trains and rewards stupidity and their help in carrying out the genocide. The corporation/government uses carefully selected trained provocateurs who have no conscience to destroy the cohesion of our people and our adherence to the kaia’nere:kowa, great peace. [Saul Alinsky method].
“GIMME THAT OL’ TIME TRUE LEADER!”
These sell-outs have been among us from the beginning. The corporation gives them destructive powers so we disappear in order to make our land and resources available to corporate exploitation.
The corpo chiefs’ motto is: “I’ll sign that [fraudulent] agreement, just gimmie my money”.  You can’t fix stupid!
It’s tribal and band banditry with overtones of stupidity. The people now see them for what they are, crooks with power to threaten, punish, steal and murder us.

On behalf of the corporation the Standing Rock chairman knowingly violated human rights by putting the water protectors in a state of helplessness and danger. The donations from good people all over the world were confiscated. They were left to fend for themselves in the bitter cold.
A stupid person is dangerous. The corporation puts stupid and cowardly people in charge of our communities with military backup. The corpo chairmen inflict losses on and even threaten death to their own people. These stupid pawns are fully aware they are harming and causing hardships in order to get what’s in it for them.
They are a destructive power who make sure that there is no strength in the people to resist the continuous plot to takeover our land and resources. Some agreements have been secretly signed with the pipelines to bring deadly crude oil bombs on trains, highways and ships through our communities over our objections.
The rulers pay their vassals to be stupid and obedient. The script is to try to make us helpless and dependant so that we might become corrupt and stupid like them.
Stupidity is a major qualification to become a corpo INDIAN chairman who help the corporation eradicate our population. Our frustration will soon be over.
Floyd Red Crow Westerman says everybody should question where they were when we needed them, especially the corporation and their INDIAN puppets: “Where were you when we needed you our friend. We came close to the end and when our land is being stolen, you just stood by. When we were being massacred, you did not even cry. When they put us on reservations [POW camps], you did not lose any sleep. When we were starving, you had enough to eat. When we had no voice, you never said a word. When we cried out to you, you never even heard. When our freedom was being denied, you never questioned why. When we needed help, the well was always dry. Where were you …?
