Ox Sam Camp Raided by Police at Thacker Pass One Arrested as Prayer Tipis Are Dismantled and Ceremonial Items Confiscated Allied Universal has been identified as the private security firm that illegally confiscated and disrespected the Eagle Feathers and Ceremonial Staff during the raid on Ox Sam Camp, at the Paiute Massacre Site, Thacker Pass. Allied Universal, with a violent history, works for the foreign company Lithium Americas of Canada now digging into the unmarked burial places. The Ceremonial Staff was placed upside down in a garbage bag and being held at Lithium Americas' security building with the Ceremonial Items when these were retrieved. A young Navajo woman was arrested and terrorized. On the highway, she was transferred into a pitch-black box in the back of a truck. The raid on Ox Sam Camp and illegal confiscation of Eagle Feathers was led by Humboldt County, Nevada, Sheriffs Dept. Those responsible are Biden, Interior Dept. Lithium Americas Illegally Confiscated Eagle Feathers During Raid at Paiute Massacre Site

ORVADA, Nevada -- Ox Sam Camp's Sacred Eagle Staff and Ceremonial Items were illegally confiscated and in the possession of Lithium Americas of Canada security before these were retrieved after the raid on the camp.

Dorece Sam, Fort McDermitt Paiute Shoshone, said that Auntie Josephine retrieved the Eagle Staff, and they now have their Eagle Feathers, Ceremonial Items, and Ceremonial Tipi after these were confiscated during a raid on Ox Sam Camp, led by Humboldt County Sheriffs Dept.

Lithium Americas had the Eagle Staff upside down in a trash bag. The Eagle Staff was being held at Lithium Americas security building.

Sam said they blessed it after it was returned. The tents and personal items were not returned.

Lithium Americas has just filed a SLAPP lawsuit against Paiute Shoshone protectors of the Paiute Massacre Site at Thacker Pass.

Humboldt County Sheriffs Department and Lithium Americas raided the camp and violated federal law by confiscating Ceremonial Eagle Feathers, and arresting and terrorizing a young Dine' woman during law enforcement transport.

Lithium Americas is a foreign company based in Vancouver, Canada. Biden, the Interior Department and the BLM are responsible for the lease to desecrate and destroy the burial places of the Paiute Massacre Site in northern Nevada, in violation of federal laws which protect Native American burial places, endangered species and their habitat and groundwater. Biden calls this "green energy."

Dorece Sam and Auntie Josephine are descendants of Ox Sam, one of the only survivors of the 1865 Massacre of Paiute by U.S. soldiers.

A Dine' woman was arrested, then terrorized by law enforcement in Humboldt County, Nevada, at the Ox Sam Camp, protecting the Paiute Massacre Site. After being arrested, she was transferred to a second vehicle on the highway and caged in a black box, with no light, in the back of a pickup truck.

Lithium Americas security were in possession of the sacred items when they were retrieved, and had put the Eagle Staff upside down in a trash bag. Sam said they blessed it after it was returned. There are too many questions that remain unanswered.

Why was the case turned over to a new prosecutor, who reduced the two charges to a single misdemeanor just prior to sentencing, resulting in only minimal penalties? The case was transferred from Tonopah Court to Pahrump Court.
