Cheyenne River Lakota Urge Dismissal of Army Corps Commander after Brutal Attack Nov. 2, 2016

The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe has issued an official statement calling for the immediate dismissal of Colonel Henderson, Commander of the Omaha District of the US Army Corps of Engineers, for 'deputizing' Morton County and accomplices to police Army Corps lands, leading to this morning's attacks with pepper spray and 'less lethal' rounds fired at point blank range.

Dismissal is a step in the right direction. Prosecution for unlawful force & dereliction of duty would be a good follow up.

Less than 25 hours after BAM says he and the ACOE are looking for alt routes, this happens..
Mistake or deception

I hope the inclusive standard of "free, prior, and informed consent" was afforded to the Chairman of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in this US Army Corps of Engineers' action. Was there a clear, genuine, equitable, and fair consultation process available for all concerned? If not, please nullify this action. It is illegal.
