THE MURDER OF OUR BROTHERS ADAM, MOSES AND WILLIAM.

We told you! "The narco-paramilitaries kill and disappear our people."

We told you! We do not want to be cannon fodder for organized crime led by Celso Ortega Jiménez and deputy Bernardo Ortega Jiménez.

We told you! We do not want social programs, but justice, security, that our word be heard.

On October 21, Andrés Manuel López Obrador pretended to listen to our words; without getting off his transport, several of our brothers and sisters from CPOG-EZ told him that they were killing us, we told him who, with names and surnames, where and how. But just as if nothing had been said and we were condemned to repeat the same history, to mourn our dead and our disappeared, on November 5 three of our brothers were murdered.

"Many of our colleagues go down to the municipality to sell their products and they don't come back, they stay there and continue to disappear." That's how clear we told Andrés Manuel López Obrador. As if one could predict what was going to happen, Adán, Guillermo and Moisés, indigenous Nahuas from the Lower Mountain of Guerrero belonging to the CIPOG-EZ and the National Indigenous Congress (CNI), went down to the Municipality of Chilapa and never came back. They were brutally murdered. Obviously, understanding reality allows us to know that the narco-paramilitary groups can assassinate any of us whenever they please. The reality that we have lived for more than 7 years of war with "Los Ardillos" and that we previously lived with "Los Rojos" and before with other groups,

The reality of recent years is very evident:

1. The Municipal government is governed by Aldy Esteban Román (PRI). This character went through the Guerrero state prosecutor's office, from where, as today, he protected the Ardillos, a narco-paramilitary group with wide influence in the state of Guerrero.

2. The member, one of the leaders and protector, political operator of the Ardillos, is Bernardo Ortega Jiménez, deputy (PRD), who has mentioned that he has nothing to do with his brothers (that is, he accepts that they are criminals but as public servant ignores the violence they generate, which makes him an accomplice and therefore a member and protector of the Ardillos, if that were the case; but even if he denies it, we know that he actively integrates the criminal group).

3. The municipal police are in collusion with the Ardillos. This was already more than evident, a few months ago in Atlixtac 2 of our brothers were detained and disappeared by the municipal police
of Atlixtac. On this occasion, the traffic police of the Municipality of Chilapa were the ones in charge of detaining and identifying the members of CIPOG-EZ and then informing the Ardillos so
that they would assassinate them. The same thing happens in the Municipality of José Joaquín de Herrera, where other of our brothers have also disappeared.

4. We are living a war of extermination where political parties, governments, police, criminal groups are linked and if we have not been exterminated it is because of our resistance and organization.

So we see that from the federal to the municipal government, there is a chain of complicity at the same time that the communities are massacred as if they wanted to take our territory and that to achieve this it was necessary to exterminate those who inhabit it. It is incomprehensible that we have so many disappeared and murdered and that there is not a single detainee, but when you look deeply at what has happened to us and appeal to history not as a commonplace, not as a discourse to demonstrate knowledge, as Andrés Manuel uses, but as a tool to transform reality, we do understand that they want to exterminate us and we also understand that we have to resist to live.

Andrés Manuel's response to the proposals of the CIPOG-EZ, were the same loose ideas, in which he appeals to history without understanding the historical processes, without connecting the causes and consequences, much less does he use it to avoid making the mistakes of the past, because he himself is a result of error or rather, the natural result of the capitalist economic model that, in order to maintain inequality in the world, requires governments that pretend to represent and listen, while the life and land of the peoples is taken away .

He mentioned: “I tell you just one thing with all sincerity, avoid violence, there are ways to fight, the most effective of all is non-violence, that he put into practice, that policy of non-violence, Gandhi, Mandela, Luther King and they taught us that it is possible to change things peacefully, we must not fall into a provocation, we must get around the provocation and we must seek change through peaceful means and we are going to continue acting in a peaceful manner and without relationships of complicity with anyone”.

We answer: to continue calling for non-violence in a war scenario, without arresting those who generate it, without attacking the causes of violence, economic, political, social, cultural, is absurd.

***

Today that we watch over our dead, rage floods us, because they were important comrades in our organization, those who work twice as hard, those who did not sleep for days when the bullets from the Ardillos passed over our heads and went to the front to resist them. to save the lives of our communities. But not only did they know that way of resisting, they also got involved in the political part, they were regional promoters of the CIPOG-EZ, committed to the workshops on autonomy, community, territory and the rights of the peoples, committed to the installation of the Radios to Organize the Struggle for Autonomy, in short, represented the collective heart of CIPOG-EZ. And they did it because they had already survived torture and death and because they understood that the path was to resist and organize themselves within the communities.

For them, we will keep alive the flame of organization, of resistance. Because those who know say that a person dies twice, the first is when he dies and leaves his life of struggle, the second is when we forget his struggle, his resistance. We, the peoples and communities of CIPOG-EZ, will not forget their struggle, because they did not forget us in the darkest days for our communities. The next step is to continue resisting, because life is born from death and we choose the path of life.

WE DO NOT FORGET, WE DO NOT FORGIVE!

STOP THE WAR AGAINST OUR PEOPLE!

WE WANT JUSTICE!

JUSTICE FOR OUR DEAD!
