GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY, Arizona -- Outside of the Gila River Indian Community tribal Inauguration, consisting of Tohono O’odham and Akimel O’odham tribal governments, along with the state governor, politicians -- and we still held it down in prayer. Informing people that our lands are being exploited and heavily militarized by Israeli-trained police, Israeli-trained border patrol, Israeli-partnered facilities and Israeli surveillance towers that keep community members from coming back home. Had to remind the mi:ligan cops and employees where they’re at after poor attempts to dispute with us.

A Fort McDermitt tribal leader attacked a minor and choked him. The youth was videotaping a public community meeting being held about financial benefits from lithium mining by Lithium Americas, now digging into the Paiute Massacre Site in northern Nevada.

The incident was broadcast on KPFK Los Angeles. It occurred during the quarterly meeting with Lithium Americas and Fort McDermitt Tribal Council, on Monday, Jan. 8.

During the meeting, Arlo Crutcher, former chairman of Fort McDermitt Paiute Shoshone, walked across the conference room where tribal youth Jimmy, a minor, was videotaping. 

Dorece Sam, Jimmy's mother, "It was a quarterly meeting, the community was never advised of this meeting."

Havasupai said their worst fears have come true, and now Energy Fuels is extracting toxic uranium, violating their sacred place, threatening their water, and jeopardizing their existence.

The Havasuapai Tribal Council said, "It is with heavy hearts that we must acknowledge that our greatest fear has come true."

"Despite decades of active and tireless opposition, Energy Fuels, a foreign for-profit mining company, has acted in its own self-serving interest and extracted toxic uranium at the Pinyon Plain Mine (formerly the Canyon Mine), desecrating one of our most sacred sites and jeopardizing the existence of the Havasupai Tribe."

Starvation and bombs are weapons of genocide being used by Israel on Palestinians. Biden, and U.S. corporations with tentacles in Indian country, are now responsible for war crimes and genocide being carried out by Israel. Israel said the cyber technology provided by U.S. corporations is being used by Israel to precision target Palestinians for death.

The Corporate Octopus

Actionists at the London Stock Exchange were arrested after an undercover journalist using a false identity reported them to police.

The action follows the London Stock Exchange's support for Israel, including investor support for Elbit Systems and Rafael.

Elbit Systems, an Israeli defense contractor, built the spy towers on the Tohono O'odham Nation and provides weaponized drones and surveillance to Israel to target Palestinians for arrest, torture, imprisonment and death.
