Apache Stronghold visited Peehee Mu’huh (Thacker Pass), the second stop on the Prayer Journey to the Supreme Court to Stop the Shattering of Human Existence and Protect Mother Earth.

We visited with the People of Red Mountain, who are fighting a lithium mine that is destroying their sacred site. When we arrived at the entrance to Peehee Mu’huh, we found a chain link wall with a locked gate, blocking everyone except those authorized by the mine.

ST PAUL, Minnesota -- The Minnesota Supreme Court has agreed to review the win in court of Unicorn Riot media, which protected the internal files of media coverage of the resistance to the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Energy Transfer petitioned the higher court to review the decision of the lower court, the Minneapolis Appeals Court. The higher court ruled in favor of Energy Transfer and agreed to the review the case on Tuesday, August 6.

The pipeline owner, which has filed a lawsuit against Greenpeace, Red Warrior Society, and water protectors in North Dakota, wants a privilege log, a document that describes other items that are withheld from production in a civil lawsuit.

On Sunday, Tó Nizhóní Ání traveled to Red Butte to stand in solidarity with the Havasupai People who oppose uranium mining and transport. For those unaware, the Pinyon Plain Mine has begun transporting uranium ore across the Navajo Nation to the White Mesa Mill in Utah.
