Border Patrol agent on trial for murder of migrant

TUCSON (Thursday morning) -- A Border Patrol agent is on trial today in Tucson for the murder of Javier Dominguez Rivera, 22, of Morelia, Mexico. Eyewitnesses testified that Javier was shot and killed by the agent at close range. On Wednesday, Roy Warden, previously known as a Minuteman who engaged in burning Mexican flags, harassed and yelled at family members and supporters outside the federal courthouse in downtown Tucson. Thanks for your coverage of this important event.

I, for one, am sick and tired of these morons under color of authority thinking they can be Judge, Jury and Executioner for a crime that is considered a Civil misdemeanor..
