August 20, 1954 ~ November 10, 2020 Debra L. White Plume, “Wioweya Najiŋ Win” was born on August 20, 1954 in Pine Ridge, SD to John Baptiste Reshaw and Bernice Ione (Swallow) Stone. Debra made her journey to the Spirit World on November 10, 2020 in Rapid City, SD. Debra is survived by her spouse, Alex White Plume of Manderson, SD; children, Johnny Joe White Plume, Lance Martin, Sr., and Wacinhin Ska Win Rosebud White Plume all of Manderson, SD, Jessica White Plume of Twin Buttes, ND, Wiwang Waci Win Camp of Newtown, ND, and Vic Camp, Posh Camp, Dallas White Plume, and Sam Tall all of Manderson, SD; siblings, Joe Bat Reshaw of Porcupine, SD, Linda (Floyd) Reshaw of Rapid City, SD, Michelle (Steve) Tyon of Porcupine, SD, Denise (Butch) Reshaw and Glen Reshaw both of Pine Ridge, SD, and Tami Stone of Rapid City, SD; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, & nephews. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, John Baptiste Reshaw and Bernice Ione (Swallow) Stone; sister, Ione Reddy; maternal grandparents, Zoe Monroe and Charles Swallow; paternal grandparents, Mary Ellen Brewer and Joseph Reshaw; grandson, Victorio Camp, Jr.; and great granddaughter, Aaliyah Horse. Pallbearers will be Lance Martin, Sr., Charles Camp, Preston Camp, Tyson White Plume, Lance Martin, Jr., Mato White Plume, and Rudolfo Balles. Honorary pallbearers will be All Sundancers, Big Foot Riders, Water Protectors, Red Warrior Camp, American Indian Movement, Marisa Rivera, Miana Faye, Kate Thunder Hawk, TJ Afraid of Hawk, Trinity White Plume, Wanahca Rowland, Maisena White Plume, Jesse Rose Afraid of Hawk, Denise White Plume, Wicahpi White Plume, Mary Camp, Brooke Camp, Sisterhood-Natalie Hand, Pam Afraid of Hawk, Cordelia White Elk, Donna Albers, Frieda Brewer, Frieda Chase Alone, Olowan Martinez, Suree Towfignia, and Kent Lebsock; and all Relatives & Friends.
