Paiute Shoshone elders have engaged Indigenous Land Defense erecting a Tipi in the path of proposed destruction to compel a renegotiation of the sovereign relationship to the USA. There is no Free Prior Informed Consent by international law. PeeHee Mu’huh /Thacker Pass lithium mine is on unceded territory of the Paiute/Shoshone nation(s).
