Cultural Genocide: Lakotas disrupt Kristi Noem's round dance

Lakotas disrupt South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem's powwow at the Capitol today --  holding her responsible for COVID-19 deaths, attempts to dismantle tribal sovereignty, strangling free speech and lawful protests, and squandering CARES Act funds.

PIERRE, South Dakota -- Calling her a trickster, Lakotas called out Kristi Noem for "killing grandmothers and grandfathers," today, after the South Dakota governor blocked virus protection efforts.

Over a loud speaker, Lakotas blasted, "Kristi Noem is no friend of Native People."

As pale police pushed them back from the Capitol during the round dance, Lakotas called out, "You're dancing for racism."

BIDEN ADMINISTRATION DENIES APACHE RELIGIOUS AND TREATY RIGHTS IN NEW OAK FLAT COURT FILING

OAK FLAT, Ariz. – The Biden Administration's Department of Justice ("DOJ") filed papers in the U.S. 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals this evening trying to stop the traditional Apache from protecting their religious and treaty rights at Oak Flat in eastern Arizona. 

On March 18, 2021, Apache Stronghold appealed to the 9^th Circuit to stop the destruction of Oak Flat or Chi'chil Bildagoteel by foreign mining companies which violates both the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the 1852 Treaty between the Apache and the U.S. government.
