Kahentinetha Horn, 71, publisher of Mohawk Nation News, is now facing arrest after being attacked by Canadian border guards on June 14, 2008. She suffered a heart attack as a result. There will be a decision made as to the penalties for the charges of assault of the border guards and obstruction of justice in January. She has no legal funds for her defense.
