Protesters block US military ship allegedly carrying weapons for Israel

The demonstrations in Tacoma, Washington, are the second to greet the supply ship, after similar protests in California.

Under dark skies and steady rain, hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators rallied at the Port of Tacoma, in Washington state, to block a military supply vessel they believe will carry weapons from the United States to Israel.

SECOND. – All seals, letterheads, positions, representations and agreements with the name of any MAREZ or any of the Good Government Boards are invalid from this moment on. No person can present themselves as a member, authority or representative of any MAREZ or Good Government Board. The agreements held before this date, with Non-Governmental Organizations, social organizations, collectives, groups and solidarity bodies in Mexico and the world are maintained until their expiration, but new agreements cannot be made with these bodies of autonomy. Zapatista, for the simple reason that they no longer exist.

THIRD. – The Caracoles remain, but they will remain closed to the outside until further notice.

The western media is a partner in genocide. It is knowingly refusing to publish and broadcast the facts. Instead, the media is carrying out the same tactics that are in the military playbook for war -- target, attack, distract, discredit, misinform, and divide.


Around the world, millions of people are marching for the people of Palestine. Today, Jews for a Ceasefire are at the Statue of Liberty, as human rights defenders block a weapons boat to Israel in Tacoma, Washington. At locations in the US of Israel's Elbit Systems are being shut down.
