The Itinerary of the Solidarity Walk November 10, 2021 4:30-7 pm with the Mohawk Mothers.
We'll be Meeting at the Allen Memorial, Speeches from the various organizations (Mohawk Mothers, Duplessis Orphans, SAAGA, Coalition Royal Vic from the Public / Milton Parc Citizens' Committee) speaking about our demands with regards to the City's Proposed Development Plans for the Royal Victoria and ending by Walking to the Front of McGill Entrance.
4:30 pm Meet at the Entrance of the Allan Memorial Institute at the corner Pine and Peel.
4:50 pm Moving to go in front of the Allan Memorial Institute Building
5:00 pm Reach the Allan Memorial. Speeches begin.

1) Kanasaraken, from Akwesasne's men fire for a traditional Mohawk Thanksgiving address to introduce the meeting

5:50 pm SHARP Speeches End. Walk Down Peel, guided by volunteer security, following the protest route below
6:25 pm Arrive at McGill James Administration building.
Speakers:
a) Someone from McGill to give final words
b) Closing Thanksgiving - Kanasaraken
6:45-7 pm Crowd leaves and City OCPM (Office de Consultation Publique de Montreal https://ocpm.qc.ca/fr/royal-victoria) consultations begin.
If coming, please wear orange in solidarity, bring shoes of any size and paint them red, otherwise carry red blankets, hoodies, or red shawls and scarves. Bring flashlights/candles, good walking shoes.

NOV. 9, MOHAWK MOTHERS FILED A MOTION IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF CANADA TO INVESTIGATE FOR UNMARKED GRAVES OF CHILDREN ON THE GROUNDS OF THE MCGILL ROYAL VIC PROJECT AND TO STOP THE ENTIRE PROJECT. IT IS ON MOHAWK LAND AND IROQUOIS AND GENERAL  INDIAN TRUST FUNDS WERE BORROWED TO BUILD THE SCHOOL, WHICH WERE NEVER REPAID. ONLY MOHAWKS CAN PERMIT ANYTHING TO BE DONE TO THEIR LAND.
